Now I understand the history of Huggy and you guys. You want to trash Huggy.....that is ok, he is a big boy and can take the heat. He IS the coach so he is fair game. The players and the university is also fair game....that is the nature of the beast. Smack is good....fun....and useful.

However, when your fanbase starts the conversation with trash talk about West Virginia (the state) and West Virginians (the citizens)....I draw the line. You want to smack talk the play, the players, the coach or even the university....it's acceptable. But you go after this state or it's people with these ignorant comments.....I call foul and will take to task anyone from anywhere.

Now, personally I think this will be one of the best games in the tourney....we are both excellent teams making a great run. Your team deserves all the accolades they have received in the press. Far be it from me to try and detract from what you have done on the court.

But....you want to let your mental midgets set the tone for your fanbase....so be it. We can be just as ignorant, just as foolish, just as childish. Your call.....

I find it ironic that WVU was all upset about Rich Rodriguez departure to Michigan and you guys did the same thing to Kansas St. I guess people in glass houses..... I wish you well with Bob Huggins and all the baggage you will inherit and pick up.

You make a good point, blackpowder, there's no accounting for intelligence or a sense of decency on this--or any--board. And I doubt the bona fides of many who post here.

You err, however, in predicting the demise of Xavier when they play WVU. For one thing, I've noticed that the Mountaineers have five (5) wins vs. top-100 RPI teams. That is pretty paltry. Xavier, by comparision, has 12.
