Xavier-bound Brad Redford shows why he is leading the pack of 2008's Mr. Basketball candidates in the state of Michigan. This highlight reel exhibits his sick moves and prolific shooting, including many highlights from his 47 point performance against Flint Southwestern.

Amazing. Most of the kids three-point shots are from NBA range and beyond. And he may have the quickest release I have ever seen.
I hope someone doesn't try to alter the way he shoots--it's almost a set shot but he has a very low arc on his shot. He also can drive when he has to and protects the ball when he lays it in the hoop.
Also, I think I saw him playing DEFENSE on several possessions in that highlight. That kid could be a great one.

That video has already been posted on here, but I agree, those highlights of Brad are nasty. Unlimited range with a quick release.

Just watched the video. WOW! I know it's a highlight reel, but if he's really that quick getting off his shot, then we are all in for a treat.

His shot with that low arc reminds me a lot of Jerry West.

Can anyone post his shooting percentage?

I like that he doesn't need to get to the three point line but shoots from the nba range. His inside and intermediate shot is also nice.

Move over B Lark.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

He's over 50% from the field and right around 50% from 3 pt land. He's 98% from the free throw line.
