MOR, I'm going to see the Hornets play the Bulls tomorrow night. Looking forward to seeing DW in person, especially since we've got very good, 1st-level seats.
The only confirmed screen name banned for life on Xavier Hoops!

Re: DWest on Jim Rome Today 12:50pm
After the interview I sent Rome an E-mail and he just read it. Here's what I wrote:
"Dear Jim,
Really appreciate the interview with David West. D-West is the most visible example of what Xavier and its basketball program are all about- never about the individual- always about the team. He stayed for all 4 years, received his degree as every other Xavier senior player for the last 22 years has done, never looked for personal accolades, but won the Player of the Year award from a non Big Six Conference School. Now, he and Chris Paul are now turning the once irrelevant New Orleans franchise into a force to be reckoned with.
His basketball talent speaks for itself, but he is just as great an individual. Thanks again for the karma for David and for the whole Xavier program.
War the #13 ranked Xavier Musketeers and David Freakin' West!"

the smackmaster read MOR's e-mail along with a few others, all complimentary to DW. One was from a UC fan that said he found XU easy to hate, but always respected how hard DW played.
Jimmy had lots of great props for DW and how classy he was, how he was such a humble guy, and a great teammate. Lots of Loves shown.
I'm hoping that Romey get S. Miller on the show soon...would be be a great thing to have the Jungle Karma hitting them just before Tourney time!
