St. Joes game on Sunday has been declared throwback/retro themed. Fans are encouraged to dress in their retro X gear to support the theme.

players are wearing replica 1958 NIT champs jerseys to be auctioned later.

I posted about this on Xavierhoops.com but didn't get an answer. I was suggesting the following:

Everyone wear black and white, everyone wear tiny shorts (some over pants please), get T-shirts with a big X and a 58 on them, have cut outs of 50's stars, dress up as Elvis, girls wear poodle skirts....

Not at all but I have a beanie with 57 on it that I wouldn't wear either (but only because in shrank and doesn't fit anymore) :roll:
