The strength of schedule is very different for the two. It's nice the ratings agree. The Sagarin SOS, in particular, takes into account margin of victory of your opponents - but in the end, the Sagarin ratings are highly regarded and right now pretty well agree with RPIs and both show a strong A-10.

Sagarin's predictor ratings are actually his most accurate (at least according to Jeff Sagarin) ratings for comparing teams. Here is the A-10 breakdown on predictor ratings:
Xavier - 10
Duquesne - 33
Rhode Island - 37
St. Joe's - 53
Dayton - 62
UMass - 66
Temple - 85
Charlotte - 99
Everyone else - Too painful to think about
In any event, the predictors are a bit more positive for Xavier, but much worse for the rest of the conference.
