Re: ST JOHNS GAME THREAD
we make a two sandwich by two threes by St Johns
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Re: ST JOHNS GAME THREAD
the team looks tired with no aggression. Boos are being heard. X doesn't have the firepower to overcome this Offense of St Johns. The matchups are just not in X's favor. Colby being abused

Re: ST JOHNS GAME THREAD
Do you think Colby's D on Champagnie was good? Colby was outmatched by 20 points. And he wasn't the only oneJesseandrippers wrote: ↑Wed Feb 16, 2022 8:25 pm
Pathetic effort…cant blame matchups again. You used that on DePaul already.

So where does 19-11 and no better than 6th in the BE land them with a few bad losses on their resume?

Officially in the fire Steele crew finally.
This just is what he is. He has a senior laden team that started strong but when he gets to the big East will always be average because that’s what he is.

Re: ST JOHNS GAME THREAD
X took the lead at 57-56 and proceeded to go 0/9 from three with 5 turnovers. Just don’t have the leadership or effort to close tough games out. Hard to watch these games and think Steele has control, if he does that is a bigger problem! Did Edwards not sprint in the layup lines during practice he missed time again after Steele swore he was getting him minutes. Can’t wait to watch him develop under Frank Martin!
Only positive is Vegas missed this one and spotted the Johnnies 7.5!

No, it was garbage. You and I both saw that, which is not important. The mopes on the X bench did not apparently.muskieman wrote: ↑Wed Feb 16, 2022 8:38 pmDo you think Colby's D on Champagnie was good? Colby was outmatched by 20 points.
