Woman Ref

Sorry if this comes under the category of minutia, but I couldn't help but notice the ref tossing up the tip off last night.
I know the NBA & the NFL have women referees, but for the life of me I don't every remember seeing a woman ref doing a Xavier game? Or any MCB game for that matter. She was in better condition than 75% of the men refs, hustled, seemed to be in the correct position on the court and didn't see her make any blatantly bad calls. I wouldn't mind seeing her do more of our games, just not next Saturday night against the Bearcats.

Also noteworthy was the peppy bounce in her stride causing her ponytail to swing so energetically! Let’s request her services for all future games. Along with the new outfits sported by the Xavier cheerleaders the Bearcat fans are sure to envy our Muskies!

Her name is Clare Aubry and we could’ve used her yesterday. The officiating was horrible and that’s the only reason Okla St were in the game. I believe she played basketball at Univ of Toledo. She’s a rocket.

Speaking about the refs yesterday just the tip balls out of bounds never touched by an X player but were awarded to OkSt were atrocious. Announcer and analyst were shaking their heads and saying "what were they looking at" If those cowboys were any more handsy they would have been arrested for molestation.
