Re: My wild-@ss question
Friend of mine is an AD at a large high school and said there is major interest between the two and X won’t be able to act fast enough.

Re: My wild-@ss question
wait, you mean DePaul is gonna hire Kelsey right now, while he's STILL coaching and actively recruiting for Winthrop? how dare they? how dare Kelsey take a job while he's still coaching somewhere else? that's just ludicrous. can't wait until Winthrop fizzles out in the first round and it's all because Kelsey's mind was all on recruiting/taking the DePaul job.

Re: My wild-@ss question
Relax, I just said interest between both parties besides Mack already was going to Louisville when he was coaching X.

If Houston's Kelvin Sampson and Iona's Rick Pitino are still coaching Coach Miller will always have a college head coaching job... Dan

Re: My wild-@ss question
I didn't realize Steele was having secret meetings throughout the year as Mack did, and was telling recruits (direct quote from David Johnson), that while recruiting as the coach at X, he told him he could play for him at X or Louisville. If he did say that Skip, I'm 100% with you. You can't spell integrity with Hack, or Mack.longliveskip wrote: ↑Fri Mar 12, 2021 8:53 amwait, you mean DePaul is gonna hire Kelsey right now, while he's STILL coaching and actively recruiting for Winthrop? how dare they? how dare Kelsey take a job while he's still coaching somewhere else? that's just ludicrous. can't wait until Winthrop fizzles out in the first round and it's all because Kelsey's mind was all on recruiting/taking the DePaul job.

both were banned for a few years. NCAA rule Aug. 1, 2019.yellow20xd wrote: ↑Sun Mar 14, 2021 7:08 amIf Houston's Kelvin Sampson and Iona's Rick Pitino are still coaching Coach Miller will always have a college head coaching job... Dan
"Those who break the rules face stronger penalties, including longer postseason bans (up to five years), longer head coach suspensions (could extend beyond one season), longer employment limitations for coaches and staff who violate rules (potential for lifetime show-cause orders), increased recruiting restrictions and the loss of all revenue associated with the Division I NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship."
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.
