1st time poster, long time follower of the site.

Nice 1st half. This team has been quite enjoyable to watch over last season. Share the ball well, seem to have a good basketball IQ and no one seems to stall the ball and play 1on1. Lets keep up the same hot shooting in the 2nd half first 5 min will be telling as OK will likely come out aggressive.

I have said for years.....recruit "scorers" not "shooters" Anyone can shoot but few can be scorers. This year these players , the team looks like scorers.

the way this game started I figured one team might go cold but really both never went really cold. X is just shooting the threes at historic levels

Not really following this one. Do you mean shooters as in 3 point shooters. Naji was a scorer but not a good shooter. Bluitt was a great shooter and scorer and Johnson looks to be the same. Odom is not a shooter or a scorer but runs the offense very well because he is so poised. Carter is not a shooter or a scorer but again, played great D on their stud. Point being, you need balance and so far, looks like X has that. This team has multiple shooters that opens things up to drive. Seven different players hit 3s. Scruggs, Odom. and Tandy can drive. Kunkel i hope is Brad Redford reincarnated. Will not beat you off the dribble but can shoot. Personally, i wouldn't be surprised if one player does not finish the season with X.
