stanley on homer yesterday am
Did anyone hear Stanley on the early morning show wit Alan Cutler yesterday? Lance McCalister said he was great and was going to be playing excerpts during his show today.

It was funny...Burrell did Dickie V calling him stealing the ball from Roberts and racing down court to lob it to Brown for a dunk...you had to have heard it! He was like "what am I doing? afterwards, it was funny. He was a good sport in responding to that request from Cutler. Burrell's a good kid, man, I've never heard him in that interview context and Cutler does a nice job of bringing out the person he's talking to.

It was a great interview. CutMan was raving about it. And it was very telling. When Stan did his Dickie V. impersonation calling himself (Stanley) on the court. He called it as if he was defending Brian Roberts, slipping off a screen, forcing a bad shot or a steal don't rember which, Lavender gets the ball and outlets to D. Brown for the slam.
Stanley of old would probably have made the call with Stan shooting, but now he calls it as him defending. He has really come along way and was truely a credit to himself and Xavier during that interview.
Here is the link to the CutMan's podcast page. Date 1/30 - Hour 3. A must listen.

Same here, I guess they don't label them correctly.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Homer has the 1/29 hour 3 file linked to the 1/30 hour 3 listen icon. I emailed them about it and hopefully they will fix it tonight. The interview is worth the wait.

Thanks for the clarification. I too wondered what I did wrong, especially since the text describing the link definitely mentions Stan. If anybody figures out that it has been fixed maybe you can post a followup here?XU-XHI wrote:Homer has the 1/29 hour 3 file linked to the 1/30 hour 3 listen icon. It's just what somebody thinks ...

If you go to 1530homer.com and go to alan cutlers page, there is a section of interviews at the left side of the page. Stanley is listed so you can just listen to the interview, you don't need to go to the podcast.

CSS85 thanks, Lance had some cut but this is great.
