Hurley to the BE????
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Re: Hurley to the BE????
I knew the clock was ticking, and that 32 point loss at home in the tourney left some folks, very, very disappointed. The wrong folks. They'll spin it, but it was a bad idea from the get go. No coaching experience is no place for a guy in division 1.

It looks like the W.C. version of CM (Mullins, not Mack) may be the new H.C.
Edit: Glad I was wrong. Hopefully, they'll get a top up and coming assistant from a high major program, or very good mid-major coach. I'd actually interview Dino Gaudio & John Brannen, among others. Pickings are getting slim now, in a crucial recruiting period.

Geez, Porter Moser turns down St. John's job. That's pretty sad. I think his career record is sub 500. Not good when you turn down a job in the Big City out of the Mvc. Sj's will be a train wreck next year.

Props to Coach Moser for declining.
Coaching in Chicago, his home area, not a bad situation vs. NY and that challenge. He has four children, lives in a very nice suburb and Loyola stepped up with a good contract after last year’s Final Four appearance. The contract runs through the 2025-26 Season.
His career record is 246-226 (.521). He has experienced coaching ups and downs, might have assisted in putting things into perspective.
His quote, on declining the St. John’s job, “(Y)ou can be rich without the dollar signs.” Oh, how true.

The SJ's job is becoming more toxic than the Knicks job. That was hard to do. Next stop, call Mark Jackson or Isiah Thomas. lol
