WHO was on campus
maybe the prequel to a #10 retirement this year? Sato and Steve Thomas on campus today. Hmmmm!
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Fifty years too late as far as I'm concerned. Pairing those two would be justifiable, just leave Mark Lyons off the bill.
Mark Twain was wrong. Golf is NOT a good walk spoiled. It is a shared personal experience in a majestic wonderland guided by God, whose name is called frequently during the round.

Re: WHO was on campus
Years ago Steve and I were walking with our wives, waiting for Ben Cooper and his wife, when Romain and some other players walked by. I introduced Sato to Steve as the first #10. He had heard of Steve's records, but after a pleasant conversation, I am sure he looked them up.
BTW, I don't do Twitter but I understand the Greg posted some info about Steve. Can someone post it here. TIA

Re: WHO was on campus
I was privileged to be in school at X for Steve’s best season, my freshman year. Unbelievable player. I hope they retire the number.

MUSKIEMAN, THANKS
I passed this on to a lot of Steve's teammates. Hope to have a party like we did when Joe Geiger went into the HOF.
