An unbelievable terrible end to the 1H.
20 point lead goes to a 12 point lead.
This team can not play with a big lead.
They completely let TS back into this game.

Tre and JP combine for 35, X makes 9 3's and X is only up 12 against a 16 seed
And X's PGs are in foul trouble.
X's bigs are neutralized by Reed.

Yes and Xavier not getting to the free throw line. Need to get them into foul trouble and get to the line. How JP has 18 and not got to to the line once and he's a good free throw shooter he would have so many more points. Great first half for Trevon and JP now need to keep it up in the 2nd half.

I know we will probably win, Texas Southern doesn’t have enough, but this team is getting harder and harder to watch. I know rag me call me fair weather etc., but this effort equals an early exit. Value the damn basketball please.

Couldn’t have said it better mumuskie87. X played a good but inconsistent half. They could have broken TS with a stronger finish going up 20+ at the half. Hopefully a stronger more consistent 2nd half from X.
