Most of the time he is the smartest, and very rarely does he play low IQ ball. He did tonight. It happens. He's still the most indispensable player on the team.oldhoopster2 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 30, 2018 10:55 pmSometimes JP is the smartest player on the floor and sometimes he seems to be the dumbest. Horrible game but a win. May have got a break on the goaltending call but maybe not. It was close. Win and move on. 4 game test coming up after Georgetown.

Just finished game and I ageee on all threads and thank god that anti’s boy Chris Mullins is a terrible coach. Tre was nominated for an Academy Award on the last foul.

A win is a win is a win...BUT, we cannot play this way down the stretch! Ugly. Hate those extended days off...six to be exact. Awful...turnovers kill us. Mullin is lost as a coach...has no clue. Bet the officials have some stories...cuz he likely doesn't even ask them the right questions. BTW, did we add one to our roster named "Kantner?"

St John’s is just a bad matchup for X. Their athleticism and length at every position makes it difficult for X to stop them individually and to score on them one on one. I doubt that X will have to face them again this year, and that thought makes me happy.

and if i hear one more announcer (Len Elmore did it the SECOND time he called a game for us!!!) say "Ma-KOR-ah" instead of "Ma-CURE-ah", i'm gonna lose it.
your first job as an announcer for a game should be to have someone tell you "this is how you pronounce every name on each team". awful.

We may NOT be done with St Johns. There is the BE Tourney. We may end up 2 seed playing winner of 7 vs 10 (St John's #10 probably).
A loss at that point could lower our seed.

Tough match up for sure especially is they are hitting shots and Bluiett plays like he has lately. Len Elmore is bad enough let alone the Ma-kor-a.
