Re: Mack to...
One was the coach of the team the other was a person who never wore a uniform in a game. Now we could add a player that jumped out of a window so the cops would not catch him with drugs and a player that tortured his roommate but then those are just two. I guess I would pick torturesweet67 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 28, 2018 5:58 pmWhich is worse?muskieman wrote: ↑Sun Jan 28, 2018 5:23 pmdid Huggs even remember the third last letter in the Alphabet?skyhops wrote: ↑Tue Jan 16, 2018 9:05 amI do know the stories on both Kelsey and Eddie. Eddie was a behavior problem since he walked on campus and left because he couldn’t follow the rules, that happens. Kenny Frease ripped out a water fountain because they got hosed, they paid for it big deal. Kelsey situation similar to Keith Bostic oh well. X has had their issues no doubt however hardly compares to UC the last 30 years. The stories on Huggins alone?
DUI or a hit and run where u flee the scene? Permanently injuring a police officer in the process.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Re: Mack to...
Web,
I heard the same thing from a Louisville booster. It was also tweeted out a couple of weeks after they fired Pitino from a sports reporter (possibly CBS?) who said Louisville insiders told him CM was a virtual lock. I hope he doesn't go, but each coach who left after Skip has either improved or kept the status quo, which is having a top 20 bball program in the country. X will bring in another ringer.
Also, if he were to leave, next year would be a perfect time, because we don't have 3-4 4 stars coming in. The program will probably take a step back next year regardless. It happens to all near elite programs like X, as well as elite ones(IU, UCLA, UK, Florida - post Donovan, etc).
That includes that program it Clifton who free fell for a decade after Otis Campbell was booted, and were still achieving at a mid-major level until this year. Mick has a team built for a deep run; unfortunately for UC, Mick is at the helm.

Goodin, Gates, Scruggs, Marshall, Bordueaux and Jones make a pretty strong 6 player rotation. If Harden can improve some and maybe we sneak in another solid transfer, we will win 20+ games.Hardly "rebuilding".

Sooooooooooo, trading Bluiett, Macura, Kantner, the 3 best players on the team, not to mention O'Mara, will simply be replaced by Walter, and the other two sub 300 ranked recruits. Boudreaux is a promising, but an unproven commodity. This team would beat next year's by 15. Look up the word relative in the dictionary, BluebyYou.

Phillmore was similar when he transferred and was very mediocre and Boudreaux will be counted on to contribute right away and Walters can barely score eight points a game in high school and same goes for the other freshmen. Next year Be a transition year.

Re: Mack to...
Next year, if the team does struggle at times, and you’re blaming it on the lack of good coaching....we are going to remind you of these statements. So you might want to be careful what you say now.
By the way....I think (and hope) that Walter may surprise a lot of people. His ranking as a recruit continues to rise. He is now considered the top center recruit in Kentucky, and in the top ten of the nation for centers, by 24/7. He has had some games where he has scored a 20+ points. Cov Cath has a couple of other D1 recruits on the team, so he is not counted on to score that much. He continues to improve and appears to be somewhat of a late bloomer.
