Solid 1H
Great team effort.
Other than Gaston, everyone made a solid contribution.
SOM is simply playing outstanding basketball - 9 pts.
Again perfect from the field and the FT line
Plus 2 great assists.
JP is all over the court - made a big 3, 3 assists and a steal.
Tre had a quiet 8 points.
KF, Q and Basketball all played well.
Bernard made a big 3.
9 team fouls but only Gaston has 2 fouls.

20 minutes to go.
Let's Go X!!

Great to see Sean, Kaiser, Q, and to a lesser extent Malcom playing their best basketball of the year!

[Anti-Homer]

Great game plan by CM but again, he does not use a t.o. w/15 seconds to go, and X can only get a 28 foot desperation trey. I have no idea why he is so reluctant to call t.o.s, especially since he constructs very good out of bounds plays.

Most games I would agree with your comment, but if you recall he already used the use or lose it timeout to stop FSU's run.

Forgot about that. You're right. Gates & SOM played very again, and X had had very few bad shots. Zone is working well overall. FSU is too talented to not hit their fair share. X just has to keep rebounding well, and take care of the ball. Good thing is Gaston is the only player with more than 1 foul. 20 minutes to go.

Helluva pass by JP to Basketball Jones.

[mumuskie87]

Basketball Jones picks up his 3 foul.
Fouls may be the achilles heel this game for X.

[mumuskie87]

Mayes is a tough player.
Goodin has 3 fouls with 14 left. Not good

[mumuskie87]

JP has 2 great kick out passes but Tre and KG can't knock down the open 3's.
Got to make those guys.

[mumuskie87]

JP has played one helluva *****'in game so far.
Great job handling the point.
Big 3 by KG and he is doing a nice job on the boards.
Keep playing hard and smart guys.

[Anti-Homer]

That's the KG I expected all year. Another 3.

5 guys in double figures.
Great unselfish play
