Next Three Are Big

Postby commish118 » Fri Nov 25, 2016 8:15 am

The next three games are big for Xavier. We have a chance to grow up a bit on Saturday and get a nice comfortable win against UNI. I am hoping this team really starts putting it all together in this game. Because we then go on the road @ Baylor and @ Colorado. That will be are biggest test of this young season. We return to host Utah and Wake, but those two road games will be telling.

I thought I heard Gates was due back this week. Does anyone know? We could use him during this stretch.

Greg Christopher mentioned he would be back this week. Hopefully he can log some minutes Saturday, maybe a few more next Tuesday, and then off to WACKO.

I may live in TX but the drive to Waco to watch the game would be father than the distance from Cincinnati to Buffalo. For that matter the drive from CIncinnati to NYC is shorter than for me to even to leave TX via Texarkana.

Don't forget that X plays North Dakota State this coming Tuesday before heading to Waco

Shannon reported the Kaiser was full go in today's practice
I'm excited to see him tomorrow and Tuesday.

Good to hear.
Hopefully he can his "sea legs" back in the next couple of games before the Baylor and Colorado road games.

It will be interesting to see where Chris plays him. Tre played 40 and Malcolm 35 on #Sunday. Maybe a couple minutes at the 5?

Possibly. UNI is undersized excluding Koch at 6-10. I could KG playing some 5 on Saturday.
