If anyone didn't know what tech on Gaston was for at the end. Ref told him to shut up and he wouldn't

Joe and Lark mentioned that they had never seen that happen with a player at the line.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

I said it last year and at the beginning of the season, JP is the difference maker. He should have the ball late in games. He forces turnovers, rebounds, finds open teammates, hits his FT and big shots. No doubt Trevon and Sumner are huge but with the game on the line it is JP I want making the decision. Had we done that last year, X would have likely been in the final 4.

Good win but sloppy play. Can't turn the ball over that many times. Also need to stop penetration down the stretch. FT misses gave Clemson hope near the end but luckily it wasn't as bad as in the Missouri game. Wins over SEC and ACC schools is a good start though neither will likely challenge the top of their conference. Bigs are looking better the last couple games. O'Mara has to avoid foul trouble and rebound better. Very efficient offensively.
