He is--or was until recently--at home in New Jersey.

As to whether he has to be in school: he has to be enrolled and in good standing (as a grad student, of course) to be eligible to play. Someone here suggested that, sometimes grad students can do their work wherever they choose.

Shannon reported a day or two ago that he was still on the roster. If the roster was up to date, that tells me he's still a student at Xavier.

Bluegrass, being a graduate student makes it easier for him not to be in a classroom. He could be taking correspondence classes, doing a work internship at home, writing research papers for credit, or attending weekend classes here. There is a lot of flexibility for graduate students. I think if he was not enrolled and not earning credits, his name would not be on the roster and would be on a press release. I have not heard anything about court dates or where he is in the legal process, but I would think there would be a resolution soon. Then again, I am not a lawyer and have never been arrested so I don't know anything about the legal process and how long it takes.
