Xavier Jersey Shorts

The products they have now and in the past are close but no cigar. I went to Koch's around Christmas and begged the to order an authentic jersey for my son, a Muskie freshman. A while back I had them make me a perfect knock off Posey jersey, it looked great, and was expensive, but was well worth it.

They contacted Nike, but Nike said the only people that can order authentic are the athletic dept.

On a side note, early in the season, Duncan ruined his away jersey and the athletic department had the new one shipped to Koch's to have the number put on. The athletic dude didn't even know what size number to put on it, so they may be a little out of touch. They certainly don't know what the fans want.

I've never been fond of the XU Boosktore selection of even t-shirts. I've found better options at Dicks Sporting Goods and other local stores. Just give me a dark blue shirt with XAVIER in white letters arched across the chest. That says it all.

It is really a shame that Xavier has always done such a poor job with their merchandise. Not only could they be making money off of people like us who want to purchase their items, but also it would get Xavier's name out. Something really needs to be done about this, the athletic department needs to get it together and stop being so, dare I say, 'mid-major.'
