So far this year Iowa state has beaten Kennesaw State by 11, Oregon State by 10, Alabama State by 8, and frog stomping Grambling State by 35 (who knew there is a state called Grambling, let alone Kennesaw). Last year Iowa State had a miserable year but now with a new head coach T.J. Otzelberger (our pretending m
od like to call him TJO) has his team averaging 73 points a game

X and Iowa state have split the previous two meetings ... ISU and Xavier are playing in the same tournament for the second time in the last four seasons although they did not meet in Maui.
