Re: The new coach is???
it will probably happen before July but don't think that because the NBA is over that the hire will come quickly.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

I’m sure we are referring to DW. Seems like it would be very hard for Travis to have David as an assistant during rebuilding. As soon as we don’t have a good record everyone would want DW to become head coach. I would like West as an assistant but would Travis???

See Chris Mullen, Patrick Ewing, Mitch Richmond, Danny Manning, and numerous others who
, frankly, had far better NBA careers than David.

Re: The new coach is???
There are probably 100 retired players comparable in career achievements for every CM, PE, MR, & DM, who didn't decide to coach in college. Also, PE & CM became HCs right away. I don't know the path of MR or DM. I don't see DW becoming a college coach. The most I think we can hope for is that he works out with our young bigs on occasion.Pierre Dracot wrote: ↑Mon Jun 11, 2018 6:31 pmSee Chris Mullen, Patrick Ewing, Mitch Richmond, Danny Manning, and numerous others who

Re: The new coach is???
David West had a much more productive NBA career than Manning especially if you consider Danny Manning was the first overall pick in the draft. Thanks for the knowledge Pierre.
