You know...it's really sad. WVU fans often catch alot of ***** about being such horrible, mean fans, yet lately it's amazed me at the amount of crap that everyone feels appropriate about WV and all the stigma's that go along with your state and it's citizens. It's so sad that there are so many immature idiots out there. I mean, you have all of the toothless and incest jokes and crap like that. But here's my point of view...the teams that are winning often get slammed the most. So I guess that's good for us. Everyone's just jealous the the Mounties are joining the elite in football and have had a quite decent basketball program over the years. Oh and one other thing here smarta$$...when's the last time you saw a moose in WV? If you were smart enough, you would've known that.

Actually I hear they are trying to raise the drinking age in West Virginia to 32, you know, to keep it out of the high schools. But West Virginians are actually smart and take care of their dental needs, thats why they invented the tooth brush, granted anywhere else it would have been called a teeth brush.

That's a good point. No moose in West Virginia. Makes it kind of a stupid joke.

Funny that Xavier fans would crack jokes aimed at West Virginia's Appalachian population and its attendant stereotypes. Norwood was populated in large part by Appalachian migrant workers and to this day Norwood retains many of its charming backward hillbilly characteristics.

(Yes, I know X is technically in Cincinnati but Norwood is its neighborhood.)
