Semaj Christon one of the biggest "risers" in this year's recruiting class---

Myles Davis, however, among those who fell the most---

Reynolds is on the "risers" list as well.
It's pretty comical how different the rankings are. People are top 50 in some and not even in the top 100 in others. Tells you how much guess-work there is.

a lot of it is based on certain guys not seeing this or that player.blueblob06 wrote:Reynolds is on the "risers" list as well.

I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

This is like Spring Training stats....in the end, it really doesn't mean much.
Let's see how these guys do in about 7 months...which I think will be pretty good.

All hype. Unless they are top 15 recruits, its all guessing.
Remember from XU's past high star recruits! (Frease, top 50, Lloyd Price, top 50)
Holloway was below Lyons. Redford was Mr. Basketball in MI.
Only KY can get maximum response form half their frosh class!

Re: Good news/bad news re XU recruits
I am hoping that Myles Davis performs like Wyatt (Temple). Mack said about Wyatt that he isn't the fastest or a big leaper but has a knack for scoring. He has hurt us in the past. Jalen Reynolds reminds me of Nicholson (Bonnies) and is about the same height and weight with a 7'4" wing span. Christon's ability speaks for itself. Farr may take some time to really develop and seems to have an upside. Like another poster stated - recuirts are like a box of chocolates - you never know what your going to get. Or was that Forrest Gump. Go Xavier!
