Maybe Boum should have come out of the game, but we didn't have a lot of options with AK fouled out and KyKy not in uniform. Maybe he should not have shot a three, however the shot clock was still on and I don't think we should give up the ball especially since they are still pressing and hacking the hell out of us. Their coach is a baby and he did pull a Cronnin vs take ownership for us handing it to them at home. Hopefully Edwards can provide more solid minutes since Nunge looked gassed and disinterested.

You know what - I say F 'em. Souley was spot on after the game with his somewhat aggressive comments. The game still had time and X had to shoot it or turn it over due to shot clock. The Hall promptly went down after that 3 and shot one themselves. Then X dribbled it out as they should have. Now had we sprinted down in last 18 seconds for a dunk, then it's a different story. Grow up Seton Hall, grow up Coach Holloway. Here's an idea, coach your team to do better at home and not get boat raced..... Plus, the NCAA dictates now that you really can't put your walk-ons in all that often even in blowouts. The NET rankings, which has supplanted the RPI for the selection committee, has as one of its major components "offensive possession efficiency". In other words, points per possession kinda matters. So is it fair to expect X to give up two possessions and take no shots instead of just the last one and damage their NET? Here's another idea Shaheen: If the last 45 seconds of that game mattered now to you as much as you now protest, how about demanding & instilling the passion for those you had out on the court to play motivated & tight D all the way to the buzzer.... Coach Miller handled it well by not making any big deal at all about the waived off handshake. Nothing to see here, we are on to Providence.

Shooting 50% from the floor and 5 assists for a big man in 28 minutes is not that bad. The 3 turnovers are bad and some questionable D isn't great but this was a great matchup for Edwards to get more minutes. SH doesn't have great size down low which is ideal for an undersized big like Edwards.

This team needs to figure out how to avoid stretches of careless play. It has happened most of the year and is easily the difference between a 1 seed and whatever they end up with.
