I agree. He earned more minutes after tonight's performance. Mack mentioned in the press conference after the game how Tyrique has been staying after practice everyday and working on his free throw shooting and pitting in extra time in the Gym.

Was Mack coaching today? He made no adjustments in the second half at all. 10 minutes in second half and Tre didn't take a shot? 1-3-1 defense allowed five straight buckets for UC? Terrible

The rest of the team were 10 for 41 on FGs. That stinks!!!!! 25%%%%% There is little team effort or results on offense and or defense...seems like little team chemistry....and thus 4 losses in 5 games and NO great/good wins, so far. Yes, some of the competition is tough, but you have to beat someone that is very good and that is not happening. If they cannot do it in the regular season, well it will be much tougher in the BE tournament and The Dance. One man/player cannot do it all every game.

No inside game......UC is pretty good.......UC came out the 2nd half and played much more inspired than us.....granted they are way more athletic.......we do not have a floor general........Ed S is hurt and playing like it......did I mention no inside game offense or defense......tre played out of his mind...best offensive performance in 1st half I have witnessed at Xavier....we could get hot and make a run......if we do it will be the TB,ES and JP playing lites out.

Go zone, don't go zone....rebounding was the name of that lose nothing else. You say no adjustments, how do you adjust wehn your big men except for Jones is playing like the girls team?

As much as I value AH's opinion the 1-3-1 does not work because we cannot play it properly. Even the announcers agreed. Mack had no game plan and made no adjustments. The last few minutes our offense was dribble around and let JP or Ed take a horrible shot. Not even Mm can argue with that.

I agree Xavier's post up guys are horrible. Just exposed by UC not going to win when your guys can't make point blank layups and rebound.

The core point is the same, even if we disagree with the deficit in strategy. Stats don't lie. 1-7 against NCAA tourney caliber teams, after leading going into the half. Also, Mman, did you play a practical joke on CM this year and send him an"official" letter from the NCAA supposedly stating that a coach:

-May not make halftime adjustments.
-Use more than 2 time-outs in a game.
