X won the defacto NCAA tourney in the late 50s, when they won the NITs. It evolved into the NCAA when UC won it a couple of years later. However, who cares? It's like that guy who weighs 400 lbs and goes to the high school reunion and says how he ran the fastest time in the mile during soccer tryouts (yes, this actually was said; For the record, the notorious poster was not an alum).

Did you know that Radio Shack sold the most personal computers in the early 70s? It's true, I learned it during my history class in grade school. It doesn't really do them a lot of good now. I wonder why they don't blitz the TV with commercials boasting of this? Guys who live in the past says more about their insecurity about themselves in the present more than anything else.

Can't wait to hear that great band Bay City Rollers during the Superbowl. They were one of the hottest bands in the 70s right?
