According to Sean yes and he thinks it will separate the three point shooters and the pretenders. Redford might play an important part if this is true. Think how the D will be stretched and how the good help D's like X will benefit!tacitus wrote:WKRQ, I'm more than willing to bet on it.
Muskieman, are they really going to extend the three point line next year? I haven't heard about that in a long time...

Re: Brad Redford
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Re: Brad Redford
Another reason why I think Sean is a good coach and recruiter, he recruited at least two Redford and Walsh, pure shooters to go with the inside of Frease. He knows how to even out the classes and players. In the past things worked well with taking the best athlete. He goes after what he needs.
I am sure the day the season ends the 3-pt line at Cintas goes back 4 1/2 inches or whatever. Not sure if this will make that big of a difference, but we will have at least four returnees (I am including Brown, who will continue to develop his 3) and two or three recruits (I have heard that Lyons can shoot the 3 but is more of a Lenny Brown-type-strong, slasher--kind of a player, although we all know that Lenny developed his 3, as well) that will shoot the 3.
Appears that Raymond will not have to make much of an adjustment.
