Appreciate you sharing that piece. Really though, it's "much ado about nothing". In that, all we Muskie crazed fans can do now is sit back, pull up a chair - crack open a beer, then root the boys on tomorrow night...
Our backs are against the wall, it's do or die, the ball is in our court.. Ok, enough worn out phrases. Still, it doesn't get any more pivotal than the SLU game which will be over 24 short hours from now. None of these pundits spewing bubble prognostications means a damn. X wins and we are clearly "in" and need only to not get knocked out in our first game of the A-10 tourney - as our bye would ensure the 2nd round game would be likely against a top 60 RPI opponent and would not hurt much. On the other hand, we lose this game and, well, we fall so far off the bubble those pundits will not even have us on the 1st four out list. Then our only hope would be to win the A-10 tourney or possibly make the finals and lose a close one to Temple.
There, that's it in a nutshell. So, the boys need to strap on their hard hats and kick ass. Or quite honestly, we do not deserve to even sniff a bid.
