Look at Drew running down the court after his teardrop shot in the 2nd half and you can see at the end of the run he was limping noticably. What guts and Stanley, you had 7 assists, 9 points and you took Jimmy Barron to the woodshed.

Saw that, taped the first half, but saw Lavender limping. He was absolutely indispensable in this game. Way to go Drew!

There was also a point in the game when he was standing with his hands on his knees at the three point line during some free throw shooting and he was gently putting pressure on his ankle. He was repeatedly standing his foot up on its tip toe and putting the heel back down slowly, looked like he was struggling with keeping it loose. It's pretty obvious how big of an impact this injury has on his agility. He can run straight but the wiggle is limited.

We might not see the old Drew until March with two more games this week. Then there's a week off until GW at home.

I didn't notice that and hate to read it. I hope X can build a good lead lead against the Dukes at home so that Drew can rest. What a warrior!

I went to the HS regionals at Cintas Monday and one of the ushers told me that there was no way Drew would play if you saw how badly he was limping around there before they left for their trip. I also hope they can rest him a bit for the Duquesne game.

I didn't notice the limp but I sure did see the pain-filled grimace on his face as he pushed himself to get back on defense after his patented floater in the lane.

There will be some huge sneakers to fill when Drew, Josh, and Stan leave this spring. But, gee! Didn't we say the same thing last year when the 2 Justins and Brandon Cole graduated also?

Muskienick, I think these guys are setting a standard just like Cole did and Sato did before him. I think we may see a different type of team next years, except for the emphasis on defense, but this is good. I always thought that change-ups were the best thing to throw at opponents you play every year.

Why do you care that we have a quick eye for details? If we notice a painful expression or a limp when running down the floor what 's made your patties in a bunch?

As for your last statement, no one claimed sainthood for Drew and we also don't claim it for you or me. Maybe YOUR hobby should not be finding a post and giving your 2 cents when it is not necessary.

Why would you bother reading it and posting about it if you have such a problem with it? If you don't like it, ignore it. You do have that option. Otherwise, get bent.
