Apparently it was on the YouTube Web site but was removed for "copyright" reasons. Click on link below and see second item, the thumbnail now consisting of a notice to the effect that it was removed.

So, someone has it. I'll contribute $100 toward a reward for someone to produce it.

Unless you actually saw it, it sure looks like someone is pulling a joke about YouTube pulling it. Doubt it was ever there.
