Mr. Neutral in the House

Postby olsingledigit » Sat Feb 02, 2008 12:30 pm

Word has it that, weather getting out of Chicago permitting, Mr. Neutral will be IN THE HOUSE tonight for the LaSalle game.

Nice.

I hope XU jumps out to a 20-0 lead early so he won't have to do a double dose of his blood pressure medicine.

Spoke to the great one and he said he was in Indy and would be going out to hit the little white ball before he started to Cincy. He is planning on making an apperance at 2 of the three X waterholes. Have to hand it to him in this weather he is still trying to be Tiger Woods.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

For the prior planning of all,

The Masterofreality will be in the beautiful Cintas Center for the Dookcane game with a return appearance at the George Washington game.

Upcoming road appearances include Charlotte and the A-10 Tournament. Get your tickets in advance.

I look forward to hob-nobbing with the Xavier brotherhood!

Well, it was a win. LaSalle's better/more athletic than I thought, but we (1) made a ton 'o mistakes tonight, (2) had an off night from the arc, and (3) seemingly had a gazillion shots blocked. We should have won this game by 20+.

But the weather was great, City View was excellent, saw some folks at Dana's, and then talked to many more at the game. Another great trip to my 2nd favorite city.

Good to see you at the game. Yes it was sloppy but the mark of a good team - we still won. Hope your trip back is uneventful.

bourbonman and I caught up with Mr. N and Bill at Dana's prior to the game. It was nice seeing him and reinforced to me what a great guy he is!

Great to see you Gary.

Now I definitely owe the veemeister a beer. Great to see he and bourbonman in the hallowed place that is Dana's.

Just before the game, we took a little stroll through Kuhlman to frighten the students, and remind them that they, too, will look like this in 30 years, so they better enjoy it now!

Mr. N, sorry you departed before you could enjoy a Tuaca shot with vee and our crowd. Good to see you again.
It's time for a bourbon on the rocks!
