Interesting night, Richard played the starter vs the bench instead of a mixed group, and the bench won. House impressed and looked decent while hitting two threes, not a starter look but a good one for a freshman in his first chance to show off, in fact, all the first-year guys played with confidence and didn't shy away from action
Surprise of the night Filip Borovicanin played and hit two threes. The rumor is that he has hired a lawyer to fight the NCAA for another year. It has been said he has a slim chance to get the year, but Richard put him on the floor, saying he has worked out with the team.
Teams
BLUE: Mike Nwoko, Jovan Milicevic, Chance Westry, Tru Washington, Ruben Dominguez
WHITE: Kalek House, Asher, Elson, Rolyns Aligbe, Gedeon Basson, Braden Appelhans, Nikos Chitikoudis, Filip Borovicanin
Two nice blocks by Aligbe on Nwoko, one to preserve an OT win
Jovan gave us a three as did Washington, Basson, Filip and House had multiple threes
It was a fast-paced practice, and the scrimmage were competitive
After the scrimmage fans got to get autographs from players and talk with Richard on the court.
I may have missed something, so I encourage others' info and opinions. Good points are the team's physicality and size. Looks like a lot of good players but in the short time no one looked like they stood out like a West or Larkin
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.
