Freemantle
Hunter

I HOPE Sean can keep everyone else and keep 2/3 recruits although from what i've read/seen, he really needs to get Ward.

if not, then hit that transfer portal refresh button everyday and hit the road to find some players.
Hunter???... How many time can you hit the portal and not have to sit out a year???...
i'm not sure how the "new" rule works but i would think if they're just implementing it now and not going by what they did because of Covid, etc, then he can play right away.

i could be wrong.

isn't the new transfer rule that you get a ONE TIME transfer and can play immediately?

Throughout most of the comments and posts (I might have missed a couple) on MM and Xavier Hoops, Elijah Tucker’s name seems to have been absent. He being a redshirt, has four years to develop. Watching him in warm-ups all year, he appears to be a 3 or 4. Great basketball body and shooting touch (of course there is no D in the warm-ups). Looks like he could add 15 lbs. Colby reshaped his body in one year in the weight room. Maybe Tucker will do the same.

I am hoping that Miles is given the chance to continue his development. With a redshirt year and a free Covid year, he has 3 years left and has been quoted many times “you can’t teach height.” If we look back on the first 10 or 12 games this year, Miles and Hunter were the starters. Maybe not the offensive contributors but they must have done something right. Most games Nunge, for some reason played only 20 minutes or less and still scored in double figures. I am assuming, since it was rarely foul trouble, it had to do with stamina coming off the injured leg. If that improves over the next year, there is no reason Jack can’t put up James Farr numbers and play 25+ minutes. That would give Miles minutes and the experience necessary to take over his last two years when Jack is gone.

If Miles does decide to go to a mid-major, he’d probably be a good fit at NKU or Miami as a starter.

Hope both Tucker and Miles stick around.

That's what I thought, one time and then your committed to the program. If not then the whole roster could turn over... The craziness has to stop... Dan

I can say I know one of tuckers high school coaches personally. He will almost certainly go wherever Jonas Hayes goes. So there’s that. He’s also coached a lot of high level players and said he thinks tucker will surprise some people with how good he is.

A player's HS Coach touting the high ceiling of one of his former players? Unheard of!

I hope you are right Lionel. Just funning with you. However, early reports from knowledgeable people not affiliated with the program, are less optimistic. Let's hope they are wrong.
