Central Michigan game thread for 12/1/21

Can't take much away from that game other than to note that despite some glaring issues like TO's, FT's and inconsistent rebounding, X won by a ton. (over 25 folks is a ton). My concern is how poor we can look when the team is not laser focused on physical intense D. Seemed Steele was not pleased with those lapses in D focus as he left the starters in way longer than I would have surmised. Now that Free is back I see a tight rotation of our known top 8. Then a battle for scraps among Miles, Tandy, Stanley and the emerging Edwards. Jeez that is 12 possible players and just no way to get all in on any sort of consistent rotation. If the staff can keep everyone satisfied and the team chemistry flowing we might become something special by late Jan. As stated, we have a very nice and versatile top 8 - Let's keep improving and building one practice at a time as I am pumped to watch the evolution unfold. Fingers crossed the coaching staff has learned and evolved already..
