Well,
If Jones remains, they better go to zone. The worst option is for him to be guarding Reed, which he has been doing. KyKy has to come in. Another reason to go to zone, and he is the worst defender at the guard position X has had in a long time.

Re: DePaul Game Thread
Paul was warming up so what did they see that lead them to keep him on the bench?
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

It may have been a decoy. They needed him earlier. If he was able, he would have played. On a different note, Shannon Russell, the very good and measure beat writer for the Athletic covering X, has been tweeting all game that X just keeps complaining incessantly. Her tone is coming off of the pages.

I'm thrilled to death they're not, but if I'm DePaul, I'd isolate Reed on Jones on the wing, or even in the post ever time down the floor.

maybe that is why they are getting more calls this half. It is a shame that DePaul can throw a double on and we can't find the open manAnti-Homer wrote: ↑Wed Mar 11, 2020 11:02 pmIt may have been a decoy. They needed him earlier. Freemantle is killing X with his missed push shot bunnies. Someone should tell him to use the backboard when they are not falling.

Re: DePaul Game Thread
I'd have Free foul Butz as soon as they come down the court. 48% shooter from the line. If X loses, it would be fitting that another 28 foot three from Marshall was a big reason why. Unbelievable! They let 11 seconds run off the clock!
