I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

In Dayton, he's better keep his clothes on. You never know if any well-wishers will come bearing fruit baskets to his hotel door.

SJU was losing early to GW. Looks like SJU will (as usual) be X's best competition in A-10.

I would rather see St Joseph prosper at this point. Dayton is going to be a bubble team at best, and I just think if SJU gets in, they can do more damage. Too bad they lost so many close games early.
Please don't be forgetting Charlotte at this point. Yes, they have to win some big road games, but they are flying under most radar still.

I know we all hate dayton here, which we should and I completely agree, but I think calling dayton a "bubble team at best" is very ridiculous.

I guess if he wasn't so sick he would've gotten 40. Man those guys are full of excuses. When Burrell shuts him down at the dump I'm sure they'll come up with some other excuse like he was tired from searching for the guys who kidnapped Sammy Smith.

What else would you call them. They are a likely, very likely 9-10 loss team going into the A-10 tournament ... and that don't make them a "bubble?" BTW, my estimate of the W-L is not "hate."I know we all hate dayton here, which we should and I completely agree, but I think calling dayton a "bubble team at best" is very ridiculous.

Re: A-10 tonight 1-30-08
yeah i guess it's not possible that six days ago he was dehydrated and much sicker. i'm sure gregory made up all that crap about him not practicing the three or four days leading up to xavier. i'm sure the trainers were lying about him cramping up at halftime and that's why gregory yanked him early in the second half. all that stuff was just made up, huh? i know i've never been sick and then felt much better six days later.
by the way marcus johnson didn't start tonight; radio guys said he now has the flu bug. i'm sure that's a lie too, gregory chose to make up a flu story and not start johnson just to make dayton look depleted. you guys have figured it all out.
roberts was 100 percent healthy and just couldn't handle that unbelievable xavier defense(even though he usually performs against x at about his average). all that sick stuff
was just made up. you guys are brilliant.
