Scruggs just picked up his 2nd foul with just under 8 left.
He's not playing well - 0-3 from the field and 1 TO.
Welage 0-2 from 3
Marshall is 2-4 from 3
X is up 1 - 20 to 19

Happy Marshall is 2 for 4 from three point land. However, I would not be disappointed if that is his last three for the game.

One of his misses was about 3 seconds into the shot clock.
Just wonderful.
So much for trying to work for a good shot.

Leading at the half - 14 and 5.
Doesn't bode well for X

X can't guard their perimeter players, especially when Castlin and Welage are in. They either need to switch to zone, or play without fouling, which is problematic for Scruggs. Jones needs to stop bringing the ball down all the time and wait for the double. He is a poor passer when they double down, unlike Hankins.

Post offense with the two bigs is still the best lineup, but again, they'll need to play zone with both in at the same time.

If they pick up quick fouls in the 2H, could be the ballgame.

Will say that the cheerleaders for Texas are pretty easy on the eyes.

The bigs are 7-8 from the field but Jones is getting caught in the double team and then turns it over.
UT is 4-10 from 3 but they are not that good shooting from 3 - ranked in the middle of the pack at 177th in D1.
