I wasn't sure about the point either. He forgot to mention Scruggs and Brunk were from the same high school. Regardless, the writer appeared a little sour about writing the article.

Re: INDYSTAR BUTLER GAME RECAP
sounds like someone who says: "well you won but it took guys from our state to win so we should get some credit"
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Here are his last two sentences:
"Last season their All-America forward was Trevon Bluiett. Their coach is Travis Steele. Their budding star is Scruggs.
All are Indy natives."
Fathers James Hoff and Michael Graham, AD Mike Bobinski, and Head Coaches Staak, Gillen, Prosser, Matta, Miller, & Mack represent a Golden Era of Xavier Men's Basketball. AD Christopher and Head Coach Steele will bring us to an even higher level!

Thanks Gino for posting.
I thought Travis was from Danville.
I've lived in Indy years ago and never considered Danville as being part of Indy.
Kind of like saying Middletown is part of Cincy.

Nova doesn't have a lot of post defenders. Need a repeat performance from Hankins and Jones.

No problem Dave, I always like posting the view from the other side of the fence. Hopefully we have a win coming our way on Wed against PC.mumuskie87 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 18, 2019 7:06 pmThanks Gino for posting.
