JP in NBA
officially made the opening night roster for the Hornets! Way to go.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Gotta be honest,I didn't think he'd make it.Glad to see JP prove me wrong. Any word on Trevon's status with New Orleans?

Re: JP in NBA
Congrats to both. Not surprised neither was drafted nor surprised both are on a roster.
I'm curious if Trevon will be able to score in bunches at some point in the NBA. He isn't very athletic but does have a quick release so it is possible. He is very guardable if the defender is disciplined but that is usually lacking in the NBA. In the right situation he may have a long and productive career. He will need teammates that can draw the defense away as he doesn't have the handles, quickness or athleticism to create his own shot.
JP may surprise many X fans and have a nice career in the NBA. He does a little of everything and is more athletic than most give him credit for. Mainly he knows the game and gives his team a chance because of it. He will of course need to limit the bone headed plays that he occasionally makes and would benefit from more consistent outside shooting and improved handles. The officials could also make or break his career should they decide to call everything close against him like they often did in college.
It is nice to see both get a chance in the NBA. Should help recruiting if 1 or both can stick around for awhile. If not they can both play professionally in other countries.
