another reason to be thankful for Chris Mack
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

So it continues to be Nancy Z that decimated the program, not the national embarassment Huggins? The "ref intimidator" whose missteps, transgressions, and outrages are recalled with a smile by UC fans? The delusion will never go away.

"Mick took a program left in rubble by Nancy Z. and rebuilt it brick-by-brick."
This narrative is a myth.
Huggins last 4 years saw them make the NCAA each year and had the following seeds - 1, 8, 4 and 7.
Of course they didn't past the 1st weekend in any those 4 years.
Andy Kennedy took over after Huggs quit or was fired.
He went 21-13 overall, finished 8-8 in the UC's first year in the newly expanded BE and reached the NIT quarterfinals that year.
Far from being in rubble. Most programs would be damn proud have that record over a 5 year period.
If you want to talk rubble, look at DePaul's record over the last 11 years. Sorry ChiTown Steve.
And then Little Mick promptly went 11-19 and 13-19 in his 1st 2 years.
Let him take the DePaul job and see if he can truly rebuild something brick by brick.

Mick is having the best season of his career, and he still lost to X.
He is 4-8 against us overall, and 3-6 during Mack's tenure.
He is 0-5 at Cintas. 1-1 at US, Bank. And only 3-2 at Fifth Third.
He has every right to be curmudgeon, guys.

I have to agree with the sender........and I know a lot of UC fans that feel exactly the same way.

Good perspective on the Troll. And as a sculptor, I'd really like to see the author's "statue of limitations".
