I was hoping we would move up to 2. However, I cannot argue with anyone ranking Nova ahead of us. Results speak for themselves. As you say, beat them on Saturday and we can talk about us being better than them. Both teams have to get there first.

Either way, finishing #3 in the nation at the end regular season is remarkable. The players, coaches, fans, and school should be extremely proud of this group. Amazing accomplishment! And I think were all expecting a few more big celebrations in the coming weeks!

Well we are solidly #2 in the coaches poll - not bad for a school that used to play in the MCC with Loyola of Chicago and Evansville among others.

Now it’s time to break through in March Madness

Virginia deserves #1 even if they lose early in ACC tourney. 1 league loss & next closest in league I think had 5. Think they can be beat by many teams. NOVA & XU too.Any top 20 team can easily lose 1 game. Hope it don't happen, but I could see an NCAA Final with an 8 vs 9 seed. Didnt' that happen in 2014 when UConn played Butler in Final? I'd still like to win the BE Tourney. Regular Season & Tourney Champs is something to hang your hat on. That would get us the 2nd best #1 seed for sure. Losing to Nova a 3rd time wouldn't hurt our #1 seed chances. If we then played Nova a 4th time in NCAA they'd go down. The odds would catch up with them like Nova vs Georgetown in 1985 Finals. GTown had beaten Nova 3 times already - so Nova was due. Final 4 or Bust ! Just got out of hospital. Waiting for surgery Date. Won't let them operate on our Tourney Dates. Go XU !

Yea...can't disagree with being #3 behind Nova and UVA.
Nova and X both finished 27-4.
X lost twice to Nova
Both Nova and X lost to PC.
Let's hope X can get another crack at them in the BET finals.
