Zona announces Sean will not coach
tonight against Oregon. If Sean and Zona are not in NCAA because of this and Sean loses his job then his last loss in the tourney will be against Xavier. That should make Anti Homer a little bit satisfied
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

On one hand, not surprised.
However, we have seemed to have evolved in this country that you are guilty until you prove your innocence. And now even more so in the "court" of social media.
I believe our Founding Fathers had it the other way - innocent until proven guilty.
Sean may indeed be guilty but feel he should get his day in court before he gets hung to dry.
I'm not saying that because it's Sean Miller, former coach at X but rather that's the way it should be for everyone.

Miller won't coach but Ayton will play.
That makes perfect sense to me.

Sean must have pocketed the 100K instead of getting it to Aytonmumuskie87 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 24, 2018 4:36 pmMiller won't coach but Ayton will play.

Because an agent or who ever writes something on a ledger or tells his agency he gave someone monies ...did he really???, the agent could easily pocket the monies for himself...and just lie about giving it to any one....

I actually feel kind of bad for Ayton. He is a 19-year-old, who I believe is from the Bahamas, and may have lived in poverty. He was treated like a commodity by a greedy coach, and shoe company executive. I'm obviously making assumptions, but that's how it appears to me.mumuskie87 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 24, 2018 4:36 pmMiller won't coach but Ayton will play.

based on past experience with the NCAA...if rules were broken....schools, teams, etc will forfeit all games in which an illegal player actually played in those games. Arizona, Kentucky, etc will forfeit all games this season in which current players actually played....same for past players and past years.....Xavier may have to forfeit all games Sumner played in.

ALL you say may be correct but who put that 100k price tag on his play. Sometimes these kids are quicker to take the money, poor or not, if they ask for it. They have all seen Blue ChipsAnti-Homer wrote: ↑Sat Feb 24, 2018 5:45 pmI actually feel kind of bad for Ayton. He is a 19-year-old, who I believe is from the Bahamas, and may have lived in poverty. Re: Zona announces Sean will not coach
After re-reading the articles they say Sean "discussed" paying Ayton $100k, but nowhere does it say he was actually offered and/or accepted the cash. Maybe he was never actually offered the cash, or if he was, maybe he did not accept? Maybe that's why Ayton is playing tonight.
