Seth Greenberg saying BE is Off Broadway because his network doesn't televise their games. Did say X and MSU are the 2 teams he had most trust in .Bluiett , JP and our deep front line the reasons why.

They just talked about X-Nova for the 1st minute on ESPN Game Day. All said-insinuated X will win. Until they have a show which talks solely about the BE 100% of the time, the BE conspiracy theory will live on! Come to think of it, I don't think I've seen one singular post about the lack of coverage, or backhanded compliments re: teams w/ESPN contracts on Fox. Did I miss those threads?

Jay Bilas just said after Mich St., he trusts X the most, then rattled off some big wins, I expect someone else to be in his seat next week.

must be that you are the only one watching ESPN(sp) I do recall a poster with the intials AH starting one. I think the Thread was PTI on X/BE
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Bilas just keeping the seat warm for Bruce Pearl...after the latter goes down...again...in flames at Auburn.

Uh oh,

Now Reece Davis just said X will be in the FF. Don't these guys know how conspiracies work? I suspect exit packages are being prepared for Bilas and Davis as we speak.

Mman, what do you think is the biggest conspiracy at this moment? ALL officials conspiring against X, or ESPN against the BE?

After coming home and taking off my Groucho Marx mustache and glasses, I turned on ESPN and heard Reece Davis say X is still in the Circle of Trust (term they used today for teams you can trust to make a deep tourney run), but just can't beat Nova. Unprecented rebellion by Seth.

On a different topic, can anyone think of a coach and team who throttled their chief rival every game (save one), and for the conference title as often as JW & Nova has done to CM and X? I can't. Honestly, Nova's record and dominance over X is similar to what X used to do to Fordham in the A -10. If you played 4 walk-ons and Gillespie against X, Nova would still win by double digits. The psychological advantage grows, and grows, and grows. Unfortunately, when you look at the respective recruiting classes. the light at the end of the tunnel is a 0001-watt bulb.

It could very well have been a different story had Scruggs not allowed his pocket to be picked.

As usual,

I agree with Mentor 1B. Scruggs is a very gifted athlete with a bewildering lack of awareness when it comes to game situations. CM is going to get an earful during our teleconference tomorrow for his lack of awareness as well.

Agree on Scruggs lack of awareness on that play and many others throughout the year. That being said, Mack teams are generally undisciplined and play horrendous defense. The offensive set isn't good either but luckily he recruits enough variety of talent that players are capable of either making deep shots or getting to the rim often enough to win most games.

X will lose 75% of games against Nova until 1 of the teams gets a new coach. Mack is outclassed. Nova has similar talent but an intelligent coach. Mack is fun, maybe even cool but not a strategist. He has some moments with a few intelligent plays but his teams are largely run by his top player or 2 and they have free reign to do as they please. Take a 40' shot and you are a star, all good. Force the action against a triple team but you lead the team in scoring - go for it. Anyone else, are you on fire (JP Macura today to start the game), rotation says you come out - did we just fall behind 10 points? How unfortunate you are no longer "feeling it" when subbed back in.

Truly pathetic coaching today and generally it is the same issue that has been a problem since he became head coach. Congrats on the win % but so much wasted opportunity with Tu and Frease, game against Wisconsin (did we really give the ball to a guy making poor decisions all game to take the final shot - turnover how could anyone expect that to happen), etc. Last year was a surprise but it came on the back of hot shooting, not great coaching.
