CM ST Johns wins with 5.4 players

CM ST Johns wins with 5.4 players
Look at the player minutes played for St Johns.....used just 6 players and the 6th player only played about 16 minutes. The other 5 players each played almost the entire game or 35 to 40 minutes each. They are winning by playing just 6 players. amazing

Sorta like what ASU was doing at the beginning of the year. Must be in tremendous shape. Oh to be young again!

Nova was missing two normal starters. I suspect they didn't go too much deeper.

St Johns was using 7 a lot. Either somebody got hurt or the borderline guy sits when there's no foul problems. Also, I thought they lost one of their best players early in the season or even before the season. XU may be unusual in utilizing 9 guys at 15 MPG or more. Doubt if anybody else in the country has 9 at 15 plus MPG. Not sure that stat readily available. We also have 8 guys avg 7 pts or more & the 9th - Scruggs is avg 4.4 .
