They have to win against Marquette. If not, their only path is a Big East championship, and that is not going to happen with the current roster as it is.

If Marquette sweeps X, and won v Nova, in my book they deserve a spot ahead of X. Regardless, for a team with pg issues, a low seed in the tourney even if we squeak in is likely a quick out, maybe in either the ncaa or nit. I think Marquette finishes at home against the Creighton squad which is reeling. I suspect they win that one. If we had a bunch of really good wins before Sumner went down it would have helped. Not a good year to wiff in that regard.
