A regrettable end his career at X!
Given the old choices it looks like his was the "highway."
I certainly wish him well in his future endeavors.

I'm sorry to see this ending to his Xavier athletic career. He was IMO a very valuable and important part of the team's success over the last three years, and I believe that he would have been the same for this year's team too if given the chance. However, if it was a situation where his heart was no longer in it and he no longer was willing to make the sacrifices that he would be called to make, then he probably made the right decision. Trust me, it's very very difficult to look forward to your senior year, have a large portion of it taken from you, and then find the inner motivation 1/2 the way through to put the effort into it you once did and is necessary to be successful. I wish him the best of luck with his future and will look back fondly on his first three years here.

He screwed up big time, but i have compassion for him. I never understood why he didn't just leave back in the fall and played overseas. If he was an underclassman, i would have been more in line with his thinking. However, in his 5th year best to start making the $. Good luck to him, and i hope he catches on somewhere in the pro circuit.

Too bad. A big what might have been. I really think if he had been a part of the team from the beginning we would have been a top 10 .

It is sad and disappointing.

Some people just can't get out of their own way.

Wish him the best in whatever he chooses to do.

Wow! Stunned.
I wish him the best and thank him for his contribution to the program over the past 3 years.
I really thought as he got his "sea legs" back that he would provide that on court leadership that seems to be missing element in this team's make-up plus his 3 point shooting.
Good news for Goodin to develop his game this year.
The Gtown game will be a litmus test to see how this team will play the balance of the year.

His 2 previous tweets before the one saying he was leaving the team.

At least it was a bad dream of mine the other night. I thought the Barnum Bailey Circus came to an end. It is alive and well on Dana Ave.
Unfortunately. MD's tweets sound very, very ominous, including inferences that someone lied and stole from him. We don't know what that means, but what we do know is it ain't a good thing.
