Can't shoot free throws, long streaks without scoring, trouble holding on to leads, a team that sometimes looks lost on defense. This is a team with a lot of talent that hasn't put it all together yet. Hopefully they will peak at the right time.

For the first time this season, I am disappointed. We played good defense in the second half for the first time this season, but we did not play good defense in the first half for the first time this season. I can understand occasional lapses, and spans where we can't score. Happens to every team. What disappointed me tonight were all of the turnovers (many unforced), and the missed FTs down the stretch when we were trying to put the game away. This was the 11th game of the season. I just expected them to have put those things behind them at this point in the season. Easily could have been a 15 point win with more poise and maturity.

Right now I don't think we can beat Nova, Butler, or Creighton, and we play them back-to-back-to-back January 10, 14, and 16. Not to say Providence, Georgetown, and St. Johns are going to be a cake walk. We better get this figured out quickly.

With one exception, agreed. Did not feel that the defense was that bad in the first half. With 10 turnovers, X's defense was put in a difficult position. Had the D not been respectable, X could have been down by more than 1 at the half. Suppose that is just a matter of perception and on board with the rest of your thoughts.

Edmond needs to have an old fashioned term drilled into his thought process more ... "value the basketball." He was not the only guilty party, just the most frequent violator tonight. A PG will always have some turnovers, but the sloppy turnovers tonight were sometimes incomprehensible.

As Shadow aptly noted, glad X escaped with the W.

Sean needs to stop taking fade shots and play like a big man not just a tall player. Gaston has put together a nice string of games and is earning more playing time. Bench players need to contribute more because the big three are playing way too many minutes and it will show later on in the season. While Myles is not the total answer he will be needed. Q needs to be better at the entry pass to the post.

X held WF to 15 plus points under their average and did a decent job on Collins
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Chris was very critical of the bench play on post game show. None of them played well tonight. Gaston again played well but appeared tired at the end. No time for Sean in 2nd half. He seems to have very little enthusiasm or energy. I believe he is 0 for 6 in last 2 games and none of the shots are from more than 2 feet. Tre very good tonight.
