Something for the basement bar/man cave

Postby muskieman » Thu Aug 25, 2016 5:56 pm

I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Do you not own any XU gear/swag? Does all of your discretionary funding go to charity?

T-shirts (one on now), sweatshirt, jacket (nylon windbreaker purchased in '97 and wear it often) and a cardboard X that I ( from a table at a Chapter Shootout TV viewing years ago ) that now sits in the front window of my abode for all to see. I make no bones about where my allegiance lies.

Maybe that money should have gone to Italy or the event at the time too in lieu of said gear?

Shadow, perhaps you should live like St. Francis of Assisi. He gave all of his worldly possessions to a beggar and then lived as a beggar.

Forgot to mention the autographed cap sent to me from MM as well as two other caps, 3 beer mugs (all awards for various endeavors over 60 years ago) and 3 coffee cups that were broken over the years.

Romance is alive and well. It's a love fest.
