Something for the basement bar/man cave
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

although I admire the ingenuity and industriousness of the creators, there are many more worthwhile places for that money to go, e.g. the victims in Italy's earthquake, Louisiana's floods, etc.

Do you not own any XU gear/swag? Does all of your discretionary funding go to charity?Shadow wrote:although I admire the ingenuity and industriousness of the creators, there are many more worthwhile places for that money to go, e.g. the victims in Italy's earthquake, Louisiana's floods, etc.

T-shirts (one on now), sweatshirt, jacket (nylon windbreaker purchased in '97 and wear it often) and a cardboard X that I ( from a table at a Chapter Shootout TV viewing years ago ) that now sits in the front window of my abode for all to see. I make no bones about where my allegiance lies.Jesseandrippers wrote:Do you not own any XU gear/swag? Maybe that money should have gone to Italy or the event at the time too in lieu of said gear?Shadow wrote:T-shirts (one on now), sweatshirt, jacket (nylon windbreaker purchased in '97 and wear it often) and a cardboard X that I ( from a table at a Chapter Shootout TV viewing years ago ) that now sits in the front window of my abode for all to see. Shadow, perhaps you should live like St. Francis of Assisi. He gave all of his worldly possessions to a beggar and then lived as a beggar.Shadow wrote:T-shirts (one on now), sweatshirt, jacket (nylon windbreaker purchased in '97 and wear it often) and a cardboard X that I ( from a table at a Chapter Shootout TV viewing years ago ) that now sits in the front window of my abode for all to see.
